You can pay cash on delivery anywhere in Lebanon, by card at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), or via Whish. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Read the full Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away. We will replace the item or refund you after reviewing the issue.

Which items cannot be returned?

Perishable goods, personalized products, personal care items, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
